Made of PU Foam with a Gel Strip
This handlebar tape is made of PU or Polyurethane foam that is used in handlebar tapes primarily for flexibility. PU can be easily wrapped tightly around the handlebar without creating wrinkles. Additionally, PU is easy to clean, repels water and mud, and retains its flexibility and resilience. This allows for prolonged use, making the material durable. Furthermore, this handlebar tape features a gel strip on the back, allowing you to attach the tape to the handlebar. This strip adds thickness to the tape, providing extra comfort. It also ensures a clean handlebar when removing or replacing the tape because it leaves no residue.
