In an exciting update for Australian cycling enthusiasts and consumers, Bikebug is now offering free delivery* on all standard online orders made at Bikebug.com — no minimum order value required. 

At Bikebug, we’re constantly striving to improve the ordering experience for our customers, and as part of this mission, we’ve decided to make things really simple by offering free shipping on all orders made on our website, regardless of total order value.
 

This exciting update applies to all Australian metropolitan and close regional/greater metro regions, standard freight orders. Customers will still be able to opt in at a small extra cost for express shipping on more urgent deliveries.

As part of this change to our ordering processes, we’ve also discontinued the ‘click and collect’ service at our bricks-and-mortar stores. We believe the value offered by the new free delivery proposition more than compensates for the convenience of click and collect, so if you previously selected this option to save money on shipping, there’s no longer any need — we’ll deliver to your door at no extra cost.

Finally, at our new Bikebug Sydney Megastore, we’re offering an ‘endless aisle’ service for instant product collection. If a product is available and in stock on our website, but isn’t stocked on our shop floor, one of our staff members will retrieve it for you from the warehouse on the spot. Convenient.
