Most Centaur components have the purpose of making the cyclist even faster in competition.
Yet, at the same time, the Centaur group offers exceptional control over the bike, thanks to a completely redesigned pair of brakes that are about 50 grams lighter than the competition's version of the same level. For safe deceleration, the newly developed Centaur Dual Pivot brakes with forged brake arms.
To achieve even better braking performance, the brake pads can be adjusted orbital. A special brake pad compound improves braking performance in all weather conditions and guarantees less wear on the rim and pad.
