Pulley wheels compatible with Shimano 11s group sets, including Shimano 9100-series rear derailleurs.

The pulley wheels are available in anodised aluminium or titanium. The titanium pulley wheels can be selected with both standard and coated CeramicSpeed Bearings.

Upgrade your Shimano rear derailleur with CeramicSpeed Pulley Wheels for reduced friction and extended lifetime.

The pulley wheels are the fastest spinning bearings on your bike, making an upgrade to CeramicSpeed an effective way to save energy. CeramicSpeed pulley wheels can be used for all cycling disciplines, and will last longer than any standard pulley wheels. The CeramicSpeed pulley wheels for Shimano rear derailleurs are specially designed to reduce friction to an absolute minimum, virtually eliminating the drag associated with standard pulley wheels.

The CeramicSpeed Titanium Pulley Wheels for Shimano 11 Speed rear derailleurs are specially designed to reduce friction to an absolute minimum, virtually eliminating the drag associated with standard pulley wheels.

The combination of titanium and coated CeramicSpeed bearings probably makes this pulley the world's best. The pulley wheels are the fastest spinning bearings on your bike, making an upgrade to CeramicSpeed an effective way to save you precious energy.

It is important that you properly lubricate your bearing in order to ensure optimum performance and maximum longevity. Add oil to the outside of the bearing seal, so that oil can penetrate the bearing. Do this when you lubricate your chain, or if you have washed your bike or been riding in wet or muddy conditions. Features

Did you know that this product has a lifetime warranty? That's right: as of September 1, 2021, all CeramicSpeed 'Coated' products and OSPW cages (purchased after January 1, 2021) are covered for life -- that's how confident CeramicSpeed are in the durability of their products. You can check out the full terms and conditions here.

Aluminium Pulley Wheels-made from a light Aluminium alloy that guarantees top performance, whatever your riding discipline. All components of CermicSpeed's pulley wheels are of the highest quality, ensuring the best results.

Titanium -To benefit from the ultimate pulley wheels when it comes to wear and tear, Ceramicspeed have introduced the titanium pulley wheels, which are extremely resistant to wear. This makes them a great choice if you ride in demanding conditions - for example off-road, in wet or otherwise corrosive environments. The titanium pulley wheels are also available with coated bearings to reduce friction and prolong lifetime even further.

Installation

To make sure that the Pulley Wheels perform at their best, it is important that your new pulley wheels are mounted correctly. In order to make the most out of your CeramicSpeed Pulley Wheels and enjoy the advantages of low friction and unmatched longevity take a look at this videofor step by step mounting instructions.

Maintenance

It is important that you properly lubricate your bearings in order to ensure optimum performance and maximum longevity. Add oil to the outside of the bearing seal, so the oil can penetrate the bearing. Maintenance for your CeramicSpeed Pulley Wheels is recommended every time you lubricate your chain, wash your bike, or after riding in wet or muddy conditions. Coated bearings

CeramicSpeed's coating has several performance enhancing properties that makes it unique. Thanks to their continuous R&D program, CeramicSpeed have developed a special coating in cooperation with a European coating specialist. Applied to the steel races of the bearing, through an advanced process that ensures an even, smooth and homogeneous surface, the coating formula improves even further the high quality of the CeramicSpeed bearings.

Low friction-Once coated, the bearing races deliver a hardness level matched only by the CeramicSpeed balls, providing an extremely low friction coefficient between the two materials. The result is thus even less friction in our coated bearings than in their standard bearings.

Coating Graf Friction-The coating is a metallic layer, which is 75% harder than the hardened steel races. The coating is applied in a very thin and even layer of 3 microns (0,003 mm) on the entire surface of the bearing race. Both the inside and the outside are treated to achieve optimal results. As CeramicSpeed use a metallic coating on top of the hardened steel, it can be difficult to see that a bearing is actually coated. However, if you take a closer look at a coated bearing, you will notice that the surface has a different shine than a standard CeramicSpeed bearing.

Lifetime -The coating has several properties that improve the lifetime of CeramicSpeed's bearings. The increased hardness of the races combined with the super smooth and round CeramicSpeed balls, means virtually no wear on the bearing.

The coating layer is applied completely closed and homogenous. The formula used for the coating is extremely resistant to corrosion. This means that even if the bearing is contaminated with degreaser, water or mud, the risk of bearing failure due to corrosion is negligible.

How to achieve the optimal performance -The coated bearings are more resistant to lack of lubrication when it comes to wear and damage on the bearing nonetheless, this does not mean that the need for maintenance is completely eliminated. Just as CeramicSpeed do with their standard bearings, they recommend to always lubricate them with our special grease to achieve optimal performance in terms of low friction and long lifetime. For all training and racing applications they recommend the use of CeramicSpeed Blue all-round grease. If you want to achieve the lowest possible friction, CeramicSpeed recommend you to use their TT grease. Please be aware that compared to the standard Blue all-round grease, the TT grease has a shortened lifetime and therefore, it requires more frequent application.

Handmade in Denmark-Like all other CeramicSpeed bearings, their coated products are handmade in Denmark. This means all bearings are built by hand and inspected manually at each step in the production process. Building a coated bearing adds a number of extra steps to the process. The CeramicSpeed balls and steel races are matched within microns after which, each set of races is coated. The races are kept together in pairs through the entire process and after coating, each set needs to pass the quality control before they go into production.

CeramicSpeed coated bearings are available for pulley wheels, bottom brackets, wheel bearings and the Oversized Pulley Wheel System.
