Tubeless

Our patented carcass construction is robust and impervious against damage from foreign objects. The result : versatility, lower weight and a super-attractive design. With this design, tyres can be used both tubeless or with an inner tube.

BlackChili compound

Nano technology used to produce the carbon black particles that are used to reinforce the rubber compound. We refine special synthetic rubbers with natural rubber to create high performance tread mixtures. Taylored for the needs of the each tyre, in this case, more speed!

Lazer Grip to make you one with the road. The lazered micro profile structure expands over the tire's shoulder and provides outstanding cornering.

VectranT

The benchmark in puncture protection VectranT is a synthetically manufactured high-tech fibre from a natural model. Like spider silk, VectranT is a liquid-crystalline polymer (LCP). VectranT is spun from the melted liquid polymer Vectra and processed further to a multi-strand thread. Spider silk like VectranT has an enormous tear resistance at a very low weight: Exactly the right properties to process into a premium Continental bicycle tire as a puncture protection insert. A VectranT Breaker is lighter, more flexible and protects more effectively against cuts than the comparable nylon breaker. VectranT Breaker does not adversely affect the rolling resistance.
