Continuous Fiber Teeth
Thanks to a process involving over 100 tons of controlled pressure and the specific arrangement of the material in the mold, the composite fibres are arranged in the geometry of each tooth around the metal core with a structural concentric organisation that gives it a strength impossible to achieve with any other carbon fibre manufacturing process, such as those manufactured in layers or subsequent CNC machining.
