The Tech 4 E4 represents the culmination of over 25 years of expertise in crafting hydraulic brake systems.
It introduces a host of innovations, including new internal seals that minimize friction and a pivot mechanism that employs roller bearings. These advancements enable a lower spring rate, resulting in a lighter lever feel that diminishes rider fatigue while maintaining our renowned precision and control. Additionally, the upgraded E4 caliper incorporates hybrid-style stainless steel pistons augmented with phenolic inserts. This design facilitates smoother piston movement and reduces maintenance requirements. Even under extreme conditions, the caliper effectively manages high temperatures without experiencing heat transfer issues, ensuring optimal performance.
