Just the thing to keep in your pack when riding, the LEZYNE METAL KIT contains six (6) glueless puncture repair patches housed in a strong but lightweight, aluminium case with rubber plugs at each end to keep the contents waterproof and ready for use when required.

Pre-Coated Patches Plus Stainless Steel Tube Scuffer
The patches are made from a specially developed synthetic rubber-patch compound which conforms to inflated tubes. They're pre-coated with an aggressive adhesive for a permanent repair. With the kit comes a stainless steel Tube Scuffer which is weather resistant and re-usable. If required, the patch kit instruction sheet has an adhesive backing for it to serve as an emergency tyre boot that will get you back to base and your replacement tyre.

Kit Contents
. 6 x Glueless patches
. 1 x Tyre Boot (which doubles as instruction sheet)
. 1 x Tube Scuffer (stainless steel)

Repair Kit Instructions
. Locate puncture hole in the tube
. Clean and roughen the area around the hole with the supplied scuffer
. Peel off the backing from the patch and apply the patch over the hole without touching the sticky (glue-coated) side
. Press and hold the patch firmly for 30 seconds
. Reinstall tube and inflate

Tyre Boot Advice
In the event of a rip, slice, or tear in your tyre, this boot can be used as a patch between your tyre and tube to help prevent your tube from blowing out of the damaged tyre. Simply remove the clear film to expose the glue and place the boot over the rip. Once you've reached your destination, immediately replace your tyre with a new one.
