This is a genuine ORTLIEB spare part suitable for all bag/pannier models with the QL2.1 system, except for the Office-Bag, Commuter-Bag, Commuter-Bag Two and Downtown Two. You'll receive 2 x Quick Lock 2.1 mounting hooks (16 mm) complete with strap and plastic handle so your pannier bag can once again be securely fitted to your rear bike rack. If the new hooks are too loose on your bike rack, please note that this product comes supplied with 1 pair each of hook inserts in sizes 8mm, 10mm and 12mm to ensure you achieve a snug fit.
