Schwalbe Tread Cutter Tool

The idea for this special tool comes from the Downhill Worldcup and was then jointly developed with tool manufacturer Unior tools.

The Tread Cutter is the first set of pliers made specifically to fine-tune MTB tires. With it, you can cut the lugs off with a smooth edge and - thanks to the cutting-height adjustment - to your exact required height. The Tread Cutter is designed for absolute fine tuning of a tire tread with the idea to better optimize a tire for exceptional situations.
