Easily attached to the handlebar and head tube with two adjustable straps the TOPEAK FRONTLOADER BAG design also includes quick release buckles for easy removal and special adjustable rubber spacers to absorb shock and add to the security of the mounting. A backside head tube strap attachment reduces bag sway and increases load stability.
