ByK E-450 MTBG Girls 20" Bike Matte Grey

The E-450 MTBG is made for girls aged 6 - 9 years with a height of around 115 - 145cms. The main point of difference with this bike when compared with other bikes in this category is the E-450's weight. This is a custom designed bike for kids, not a paired down adult bike that ends up cumbersome and out of proportion. The customised design means it is easier to ride and will encourage a whole lot of fun on the trails or on the way to school.
Design

While the enemy of kids MTB's is typically sluggish handling and heavy weight, the ByK E450MTBG is seriously light and has the performance to rival a World Cup bike. Like the entire ByK Range, this is not a scaled down adult bike. Every single component has been considered, tested, custom sized and tuned to suit our rider's profile. The unique ergonomic riding position and geometry offer a range of riding positions and adjustability unexpected at this size.
Performance
They have weighed every single component, measured to a millimeter the geometry and ergonomics and tested it on every trail imaginable. They have increased the range of the world class Microshift X4 cassette gears to 8 speed. The off-road compatible rigid forks are compliant and absorbing yet offer handling characteristics that cater for enthusiastic riders. You'll will also notice the increased power of the V brakes that match the performance of many disc brakes down hill bikes, but at the same time save a huge amount of weight so the rider can get up and over hills too. Everything has been considered to make this bike perform in a class of its own. The ByK E450MTBG re-defines MTB fun for kids.
