Ceramic balls are harder, have a higher heat resistance and are rust free. The ceramic bearings reduce friction, make spinning smoother and maximises speed whilst using the same amount of energy.


It is recommended to take the bottom bracket to your local bike store for installation. Requires installation into the bottom bracket shell using a bottom bracket tool. Do not dry install use either Soudal assembly paste or anti seize paste.
