RST Rebel Air 29/27.5+ Inch Inverted Fork

RST has a long history of inverted forks, starting with the Sigma fork almost 15 years ago.

Using the knowledge theygained over the years, theyare returning to their roots with the all new Rebel fork. Inverted forks have several advantages, less unsprung weight and better lubrication of the bearings, which leads to better overall performance. The Rebel fork features a one piece magnesium upper with 32mm stanchions. The legs are connected using their patented keyed axle system for torsional rigidity and to arrest independent leg movement. Damping is handled by the easily tuned OCR+ cartridge damping system which has external compression and rebound adjustments and tunable shim stack internally for just the right ride.

Technologies

AIR Spring system - An air spring is used to achieve maximum performance as well as saving weight over using a steel coil spring. With air you can achieve an infinitely adjustable spring rate that feel much more natural and sensitive than a traditional fork.

OCR Platform - Low Speed Compression control with high speed compression shim stack.

Rebound Adjustment -A hydraulic adjustable cartridge that lets you externally set the forks rebound.

Tiny Remote Lockout -Smart Remote Lockout with complete new compact design,the shifter position could be adjusted in verical or horizontal by releasing the fixed bolt! No need to worry about any interference trouble.

1.5" Crown available -Forks available with 1.5" crown, which available with 1.5" taper or 1.5" straight steerer.

Post disc brake mount -Forks with post disc brake mount.
