These straps keep your handlebars from turning while the bike is in transit on your bike rack. When attached through the wheels they also prevent your wheels from spinning, which could affect your bike odometer and overall maintenance. These are ideal for use with hanging-style racks like the Saris Bones, Bike Porter and Axis racks. There are 2 straps per package.
